Auxier Kline is pleased to announce the opening of our summer exhibition, Picnic. The exhibition title is inspired by the seasonal activity of picnicking, an excursion or outing with refreshments provided by members of a group and enjoyed in the open, the pastime serves as a metaphor for the curation of these artworks created by nine contemporary artists that capture the psyche of the summer season. The collective body of work was selected for their depictions and celebrations of the body, animal, and nature blending thoroughly into a harmonious whole during these canicular days.
